Lack of records

I feel like multichoice is harassing me. Their consultant don't record notes re the outcome of the call. Now i am receiving calls each month if not more offering me the same product or service.

I respect that the constant is doing their job, but my decision need to be respected as well.

I feel like canceling their subscription, any suggestion on alternatives.
