Lack of customer service

Appalling service from DSTV MULTICHOICE. Inwas debited more than i was supposed to although im on a price loc**** Taking Dstv more than a month anf a half to resolve a simple refund despite numerous calls almost every day for the last month and a half! No feedback no clarity! I am dusgusted with the lack of customer appreciation especially since i have been a good paying customer!
