Lack of customer service

Ive come to learn that dstv are bullies and lack customer service and fail to communicate with their customers. 3 times my dstv was blocked this month, everytime i have to call and they reconnect and promise feedback in a form of an email but i never receive. Now im being told i owe money from last year september. They stopped my explora services. Im the one now who has to call again. Sies multichoice. Very dissapointed in how im being bul****
