Lack of Client service

Today a month ago I logged my first complaint with DSTV regarding their mobile services and the total lack of client service and client care. Apart for the initial standard response to any service failures logged here , NOBODY has taken the trouble to even contact myself nor has anybody even remotely tried to resolve the problem or get in touch with me regarding the problem. Two cases logged with the service centre staff ,both escalated still nothing happened....that is what they call Client service.........well I think the calls have been closed by now hoping that the problem will go away by itself......THE PROBLEM is still not resolved and NOBODY cares enough to even assist. I am totally frustrated with the lack of service and client service . Must I have a sit in at the CALL Centre before anybody take the time to assist with problem, without brushing me off to some BULL**** excuse

I am not satisfied with this typical ***** reply, I have taken in my i-drifta for testing and it is working perfectly fine nothing wrong with it. I was at your call centre twice if you have taken the trouble to investigate that you would have known this. The outstanding call on your side was for the Broadcasting team to just switch on the transmitting signal ON so that I can just rescan the channels on the i-drifta so that it can pick up the signal and channels again. This signal is free to receive and this response from you is totally unacceptable since the DSTV now application uses mobile data and that is not free. I paid for my i-drifta and now I must fork out money again to obtain a simple 4.3 inch mobile unit which is half the viewing area of the I-pad. So my drifta just become useless just because you have decided to no longer support the device without informing me the consumer, This is a typical response from a corporate company that feels nothing for their clients and a typical attitude of somebody that want to strong-arm the consumers in a direction that only suit them. Using the DSTV app is not a resolution and fobbing me off to a walka at a further cost to myself is also not a resolution, it only benefits you in the end and not the consumer who is paying Is it too much to ask to switch on the signal to enable me to rescan the drifta?
