Lack of assistance in activating/deactivating Hol
When I phone the call Centre to Activate or Deactivate my Holiday Decoders they inform me that I can do this from the Website. I then ask them to guide me through the process and as soon as they see they are unable to help they are reluctant to assist further. PLEASE SOMEBODY WHO IS AWARE OF THE CORRECT PROCESS CONTACT ME SO WE CAN GO THROUGH THE STEPS TOGETHER. I would like to manage the activation/deactivation of my Holiday Decoders via the Website surely this is not asking to much seeing that your Call Centre Staff keep on reminding me that this can be done via the website.
