I have been trying to speak to a person (human being) for the past two months to reset my debit order which for some or other reason is not working. I am now being prompted to work via Whatsapp or some other computer decision tree which is not helping.
Can Dstv just wake up and have people answer the call when asked for, not all problems can be solved with a computer.

What a total lack of client service and you swith-on swith-off the service irrespective of the lack of your obligations.
