The customer service is utterly *******. How can you pay R375 for 15 days for a DStv compact subscription. Worse their useless agents were told that they need to fix this payment date of the 6th of every month and that when we pay on the 26th of a month we should be able to pay on the 26th of another month that is a month. Honestly they should either s**** their WA customer service and on email because they are not helpful at all. The business has gone from being a top African Brand to a *** Brand lately. Should we get another alternative with Mazandi magic channels we are definately ditching DSTV, me and my entire family and close relatives.
