Kindly assist
Yesterday around 5pm when I tried to switch on my decoder, it just went dead. It's hardly two months since I purchased it, the sad part is I could not locate the person who installed it. Today, 02/11/2020 around 17:20 I visited Tera Byte(Agent) but was turned away. I then went to Makro Alberton, I was also turned away and Makro staff reffered me to Mall of The South, unfortunately that is too far from me, I could not go since I do not have money. I kindly appeal for Multi choice assistance in this matter. I wish to point out that I took unpaid leave so that I can attend to this matter. Unfortunately I was told the decoder would not be changed. ***

03 Nov 2020, 16:27It is quite disappointing that a customer would install a DSTV, a few months down the line, The decoder just goes dead. You then get a call from Multichoice telling you that they won't be able to assist in replacing the decoder. Another sad part is that they fail to track the installer whom I purchased the decoder from.
I'm now sent from pillar to post, what an inconvenience. Which now means I must take another unpaid day off, borrow money so that I can travel to all these Multichoice Agencies with the hope that one of them would assist me. Can someone at Multichoice intervene and assist me I tracing the Agent whom I bought the decoder from or replace it for me.
