KHANYISILE MKHIZE IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I just had a chat with Khanyisile Mkhize via the chat option on the app. Apparently I have been billed for something I never used and does not reflect on the bill breakdown...The cherry on top is that the agent requested that I make a payment and they will resolve the matter later and ended the chat while I was still enquiring the issue. This is not the first time Multichoice has billed me incorrectly and I am definitely not going to pay for something that I never subscribed to. The fact that it does reflect on the bill breakdown is very much questionable...and now I have to pay for it not even knowing how much it costs.
