I would like to share my gratitude for the excellent, professional, friendly, empathetic service I received from a lady by the name of Kgaugelo Gwangwa at from the Multichoice Dstv contact centre. She laughed and smiled on the line and built lovely conversation throughout the call. I initially called the contact centre feeling blue as my decoder wasn't responding but after speaking to her, i had even forgotten about the issue. Her constant reassurance and patience was just absolutely brilliant. Word of advice, she is an asset to Multichoice and i hope you allow her to grow in her career.
