Keeps on suspending my system

Multichoice keeps on suspending my system account every week since 5January2016.I have been calling every week using my on my airtime to talk to different advisers and giving me different stories. During my Call I spoke with Tshepo Masipeng who advised me that for the month of February I can pay R80 since I had credit on my account. I did as I was told and my system will work for 5 days and be disconnect. I've been trying to get hold of Tshepo Masipeng with no luck. I spoke with Niki Kekana, Morgan Mokoena, Nkululeko Ntuthu. All this people told me different stories and I asked them to put me through Tshepo .They said the only way to get through to Tshepo is to send him an email and he will get back to me. Until today I'm still waiting for his call and I have to call multichoice to reconnect my system every week. Last weekend the adviser told me the reason why my account was in areas was because of the reconnection fee and she cleared my account, reconnected the system and now it's happening again. My Frustration is that I have to spend money to call DSTV and hold for like an hour trying to resolve this issue every week. Is this a way of multichoice forcing us to use debit order?
