Keeping Disconnecting me because of wrong billing
I was having a standard PVR and an HD PVR, till Mutichoice called me to say The HD PVR will not be supported. The offered my their decoders, I told them that as long as I pay the same price and still has the same viewing experience, they an changed it. I was paying y subscription and Extra view(R365 + R85 = R450), on 3 TV’s. After they changed it, the increased my payment which them which became (R365 + R85 + R85 = R535). After calling them, writing multiple complaints, without not giving me reasonable explanation the Boitumelo Mothwa said I sould pay the Balance so that I can get reconnected they will investigate later. Upon investigating they said With my previous decoders On Three TV sets I could watch 3 TV’s but and two Channels, with the current one I can watch 3 TV’s with 3 Channels, they are sorry the person who called me could not explain to me. What can I do they are a monopoly I had no option or anywhere to go. I continued with R535 payent, until they started charging me (R365 + R85 + R85 + R85 = R620), charging me Access Fee 3 times. When I call them they say I must pay the extra R85,00 which keep on accumulating and the disconnect me and they they reconnect me, and they will investigate, only to charge me again the next month. On October I paid R300,34c. November and December they cut my services twice ********** 6/I181 and ********** 6/I195. Unfortunately the is nothing the can do to help me , all what they say is system error, I wait for them to cut me, and call them to reconnect me. Currently I am connected, but I still owe them, to cancel the R85,00 accumulating fees is not up to the call centre agents, they can only reverse it till the reversal is approved by higher powers.
