Keep your end of the deal!!!!
On the 6th August 2020 Multichoice DSTV sent me an email telling me about the price lock special for Premium going for R569,
I logged a complain with DSTV help via email.
I was given a reference number 227 467 25, I was requested to email the proof of the email by multichoice of which I did email.
These are the people are that aware of my request Sakhile Mthimunye, Nombulelo Mazibuko, S Biyela.
None of these people have bothered to call me and give me a way forward. I phoned your customer service call center on the 31st August and I was promised that the matter has been escalated and someone will be giving me call.
Does DSTV customers not have rights and are their complains or concerns never acknowledged or valued?
Or is it maybe because Consumer rights are disregarded by your company??
If this is the case why am I still a DSTV customer, does it make sense for me to continue with doing business with your company if this how you treat clients and disregard their concerns? Never mind sending misleading adverti*****t to them and not take full ownership. I'm not wanting free DSTV I just want it at the price you advertised it to me for
Ntando was not able to answer what does the consumer act say about such. I just feel it's wrong of Multichoice not to honor their end of the deal.
Is Multichoice above the Consumer Act??
