Keep on cutting us off
At this point it is more of a hassle than a pleasure. Although the issue gets sorted out every month, the next month the same thing happens and we have to call again for you to sort it out. We were on a debit order but you guys kept on getting it wrong and debiting willy nilly and amounts that wasnt agreed upon. So we moved over to EFT. Every month we pay with EFT, every month I email you with the Proof. Every month we get cut off or an sms saying that we are 2months in arrears. Then we phone and explain to who ever is on the other side that as explained to US by DSTV that EFT money goes to lie in a different account before they allocate it. So then we show up as in arrears, we get disconnected and then we phone and explain and then they conveniently quickly find the money and then they reconnect us. This is every months story now. I fail to believe that a huge company like DSTV can not get a simple system for this in place. Like I said, your debit order system already failed us. Now I send the POP every month, still you cant manage. This is ridiculous. Surely you can like thousands of companies in SOUTH AFRICA just make a note of this situation that you cant seem to get sorted out on your system by our name and then surely not cut us off every month??? Is this too much to ask. If it was a case of us not paying then by all means.... but its not. Please sort this out. We pay a small fortune for DSTV and at this rate Im seriously considering rather leaving. See back in the day we had no other options but DSTV.... al least now we have uncapped internet and other things.... I really feel its time you guys realise this.

DStv: Hello Peter Team
Best regards,
Good day Jeannie De Freitas
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
We have investigated your concerns and found that all your Electronic Payments was allocated to your the residential account instead of the Price Lock account. As a result the Price lock account was reflecting an overdue amount and then gets disconnected
All the funds from your Residential account where transferred to your Price lock account however, there is one missing payment for October 2017.
Please provide us with the proof of payment for October 2017 in order for us to investigate and allocate the missing payment.
If you continues to pay by EFT your problem will persist. It is for this reason that one of our requirements for a Price Lock account is to have a Debit Order as your method of payment.
Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
Feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.
Kind regards
Rupert
