Kedibone Ratsoma at Pretoria DSTV (Multichoice) Agency.

I paid my annual fee twice in March 2023. Since then I have been struggling with all the channels unsuccessfully for a refund. Many unfulfilled promises later I went to the Pretoria agency a week ago. KEDIBONE RATSOMA took pity on me and fought an unwilling accounts department for my refund, which I received yesterday. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ms Ratsoma!! I wish I could rate the accounts department which had miles of red tape despite my account clearly showing that I made a double payment. Eventually I had to prove that I paid them with 3 months bank statements. Why?
