I really regret calling them to change the payment date from the 20th to the last day of the month.

I followed all the instructions and paid R644. Alas, I have been disconnected. Now they want me to pay R425 to make it a R1000 for compact plus package.

I spoke to a lady by the name of Philile who was meant to get her supervisor to call me within 20 minutes. Dololo.

This was actually the 3rd call in 7 days.

These guys really don't care because they are a monopoly.

I never thought in my wildest dreams that I will be asked to part with R1000 just for cable TV.
