Called in 2 weeks ago to change a payment date from the 1st to the 7th was advised that an extra charge of R76 will be add which is fine. Now they cut it b4 the 7th and i must pay a reconnection fee. I was not given the correct info now i must pay an extra R126. So disappointed by the service. Spoke to Shade who was useless been waiting for a callback
