Hi Lee Jefries,

We understand that you find repeats frustrating. We’ve taken this issue of repeats to heart and we’ve pledged to do something about it. While we can’t do away with all repeats, we plan to cut down on the volume and introduce as much fresh content as possible.

MultiChoice also engages in ongoing discussions with its channel suppliers in an attempt to reduce the repeats.

There is also a limit on how much new content is produced every year.  With the spread of the corona virus many of the production companies were heavily affected and had to stop production to fight the spread. As more and more institutions open even certain film production companies were we receive content from have started shooting and you will see new programmes in the near future.

Please note that the programmes on our international channels, are unfortunately not controlled by MultiChoice. They are direct feed that are sent from their satellite transmitters to our satellite station.

We’re also going to help you find more shows you might like, but never knew existed (so please go to https://www.dstv.co.za/ for more information). We will continue to look for opportunities to add more value.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us send us an email at ***.

Kind regards,
DStv: Hello Peter Team.

Best regards,
