Im really ****ed off with this place now... ****iing irritating!!! Nobody wants to contact me and sort out my account!! My previous price lock deal expired april this year i contacted multichoice and got a new deal of 839 all included except decoder as im still happy with mine, i had to speak to 4 agents to confirm that this is loaded even though my account still reflceted 1039 balance!! They assured me that i would be update bit nothing Eventually on 25/05/2021 day of debit order i called and my account was unchanged the agent told me my actual balance is 839 but if i let the debit order go off i will be charged less this month around 600 odd rand but now they want to charge me 839 again completely forgetting about the overcharge!!!! Its really pathetic!!! Useless cakes that work here and nobody can resolve this!!! Im going to cancel my subscription and will make sure everyone i know cancels as well. Taking this to social media as well!! Bunch of ****in ******!!!!
