Just had horrible encounter with a chat agent called Tunia Nkuna

Just had horrible encounter with a chat agent called Tunia Nkuna. All I wanted was to make sure all my channels are playing on my streaming devices. I gave all my details but she kept on insisting that I give her my new cellphone number. I told her my number hasn’t changed and instead of trying to help me sort that issue out. She decided that she doesn’t want to help me. I found that very rude and honestly think her behavior should be called to order. There are many things that could have been done to remedy my issues but just plain right telling me that she can’t help. I think showed poor problem solving abilities and laziness from her end. With that said, I want to know who and when was my number changed from your system and who authorized that change. I also want my streaming fixed on all my platforms so that all my channels work. I also need someone to call me back to discuss this.
