Just disconnect

I spoke to Ntombi (0n number ***) on 29 February 2016 at 09:30. Ntombi said my debitorder will go off that night. This morning, my DSTV was disconnected. I called, and the most professional man, Mlungisi assisted me. He confirmed that it was a fault from DSTV.

The debit order will go off tonight, but with a re connection fee of R50.00, that will be wavered, as no re connection fee will be charged, as the fault lies with DSTV.
Why deduct the money, including the R50 re connection fee, and then credit the R50 on my DSTV account? I WANT THE R50 BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND NOT CREDITED ON MY DSTV ACCOUNT PLEASE!

Why do DSTV cause me inconveniance, and take R50 re connection fee when i was not at fault????
