Just can't get it right

I purchase the premium streaming package on the 30 April. I took a week for DSTV to activate it after a week from hell dealing with their call center and the numerous people that ran their twitter. I've had access for a week AND NOW IT'S OFF AGAIN SAYING THAT I OWE MONEY.
