Just Awful

So here I am again. my 3rd price lock that DSTV has messed up.

I just app**** for a 2 year price lock with DSTV @ R899 a month. Bare in mind I asked the consultant numerous times if this price includes my extra views and PVR and what not since you apparently pay for PVR when you have a premium package. Consultant was Siyabonga. Then come middle of January they have still not debited me so I phone them and quickly I'm transferred to accounts and its sorted. Now I receive my statement after my "price lock" has been activated and I owe them R1200?? Now I phone again to speak to accounts.. so apparently if order to speak to accounts they have to log a call. so when you owe them they have no problem allowing you to speak to accounts. I've used 100 minutes just on being on hold with DSTV. oh and my DSTV now app does not work anymore either but guess whos out of minutes and has still not received a call back from accounts.
