It's just one of the worst service providers you can deal with in general. - Stream quality potato if you are lucky - Do not charge your values as stated on their website - Can't manage your own account. - Can't contact to get support, chat only, that goes nowhere, and nothing gets resolved. - You can't manage your own account without their intervention. - Plays adverts even though you spend much more than any other streaming service. - Moves popular shows from showmax to Premium-only dstv packages to force you to pay ******ionary fees. - I am unable to pay for and re-instate my service, can't get help to get it done. Probably for the best, I should just not use their service.
