Jumping through hoops - ***
Hi - Long Story short. My mom's PVR2 packed up - BE1 error (back and forwards to walk in centre) Cannot be fixed! We got another one from relatives (Back to walk in centre - cannot do change of ownership) must email CoO Sent form to *** Nothing doing! - We must also have relative's card Got it! Still doesn't work- needs to be done on their side after email is processed...
Waited (Put on hold) last night while they went to check After over half-an-hour of holding on, the switchboard was closed...??? Rather Frustrating... my patients is wearing thin - mom is over 82: how long must she wait?... HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!
