Journal entry or rocket science?

Discount not loaded. I received an email from dstv saying sign up before 30th June and pay 470 for 3 month instesd of the usual 529. I then signed up and received my 59 discount for tge first month. The next two months dstv failed to add in my discount. I contacted them numerous times and they kept promising that it would be sorted and that they had escalated my case. We are now in November and I am still waiting. I don't understand why it is taking so long to capture a journal entry for an account.
