Journal /accounts department incompetence at Dstv

I have been on the phone for about 30 minutes, trying to be reconnected as I was suspected again. I have since lost hope in the competency of the journal department. How difficult can it be to allocate funds that were paid on the 19th of May 2021, could it be because I am black. Would Dstv treat me this way if I was white, Indian or colored.
