SUSPENDED MY SERVICES WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION VIA SMS, EMAIL, TELEPHONE CALL, SMOKE SIGNALS. PAYMENT RECEIVED ON THE 23RD FEBRUARY BUT WAS ACTUALLY DUE TODAY YET MY DECODER WAS SUSPENDED. LIKE WTH IS GOING ON. I'VE BEEN ON LIVE CHAT WITH ANOTHER *********** EMPLOYEE AT DSTV AND TOLD ME TO BE PATIENT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME. AN HOUR LATER AND NO CALL. SHE IS BUSY CLOSING CHATS AND WILL CALL ME WHENEVER THAT IS DONE I SUPPOSE.

14 Mar 2022, 10:03I've spoken to 2 consultants via live chat. 1 closed the case without a call and the other dropped the call on my ear. Pathetic to say the least. There will be no further payments to DSTV I would rather stream other sites for content.
