Jerome's Superb Service

Hi All,

I spoke to a gentleman with the name of Jerome, who assisted me with changing details and activating my grandmothers dstv account. After making numerous calls to the call center with 3 different stories from 3 different people, getting upset, running around because agents don't know, firstly what client service is about and not providing correct information. I finally on night after 2 weeks got through to Jerome. I explained my situation to him and he said "no worries mam we will have this sorted in no time" well in no time my Gran's account was sorted out and the dstv was up and running. So this review is not to complain about what happened but to thank Jerome in understanding what customer care is about. making sure that everything is changed and corrected to what it was supposed to be. Making sure that our account is sorted and even explained what needs to be done in order to have immediate dstv. So to Jerome, Thank you and you deserve great things in life. keep up the good work!
