I'm supper disappointed in Jadeen Govender a full whole Team Leader who doesn't know who to take accountability for her job.

Can DSTV employees not take advantage of our old and illiterate parents. It's ok maybe our business is too dirty for you.

It's quite disappointing that a full Team Leader does not know how to apologize and does not know that the company has an escalation process.

On a more lighter note Zanele Mavundla I appreciate what you did for my mother. I'm truly grateful and may God shower you with his Grace. She was so prompt she didn't pass the buck but stood up and took ownership of a problem that was not her's to begin with.
