Jade call centre agent disgusting customer service

Horrible service received from Jade call centre agent and Noel Reddy.

I joined pricelock in February and was charged double in my 1st month Called in to complain and was promised a refund... 2months later im still waiting for a refund and am still complaining about the same issue

I called in on the 26th April at 8.pm and Jade was assisting, agent doesn't listen forces me to listen to her, gave her buddy (Noel Reddy) the phone after i insisted on talking to a supervisor... They wasted my airtime. Argued with her for 45 minutes while she was telling me nonsense and that she will not give anyone else the phone after i listened to her. I have never been humiliated by a call center agent,

My query is still not resolved I complained to the manager the following day and he promised to escalate and will give feedback... I waited and am still waiting for feedback.

Dstv multichoice sucks... Your service is beyond disgusting ?
