Jabulani Mall forever slow and offline

The DSTV branch at Jabulani Mall has the worst service, been waiting outside as we speak since after past 09:00 this morning and have still not been assisted. Yesterday afternoon we were told they cannot assist us as they were offline. I bet it will be the same situation today!
