Hellopeter MENU Disappointing service A review of DStv (MultiChoice) by Boitumelo M on 14 Nov 2018 Like Share Comment Report Disappointing service We installed the pricelock then on the 14th Nov 2018 we were adviced to go to Dobsonville mall for a change of ownership by the call center agent when we got there we were sent to Jabulani mall. When we got there we approached one of the consultants who gave us such a bad attitude I even thought that maybe we were supposed to wait before we were called to be assisted. He was not welcoming at all his facial expression was so rude and cold at the same time. When we asked to be assisted with linking the two accounts to one he told us that we should come back the next day since the scanner was not working or we must go to Malinga mall. I understand that the system was offline but for him to be that rude to us was uncalled for. It is like he thought he was doing us a favour. I wish that the consultants had name tags so he can be named and shamed.
