JABULANI - EXCELLENT SERVICE
I HATE DSTV BUT I WANT TO WRITE A VERY GOOD REVIEW OF ONE OF THEIR AGENTS. JABULANI IN THE FIBRE DEPARTMENT HELPED ME RESOLVE A QUERY IN 5 MINUTES THAT THE ENTIRE CALL CENTRE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR SINCE 4 JUNE. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CALL CENTRE THERE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT THERE IS ALWAYS THAT ONE PERSON WITH A GOOD WORK ETHIC WHO IS PREPARED TO JUST SIMPLY DO THEIR JOB!!!
