I've made a contract with DStv on the 4th of March, to install two explora for the installment of R578 fixed amount, they said they will come by the 11th March for installation, which they haven't done so, I called the MultiChoice on the 11th regarding the process unfortunately the lady I spoke to she was unable to assist she said maybe they might come on Monday the 14th,still no sign of them. My main issue is that hence I made a contract on the 25th they will debit an amount of R578 which I do not have the products I requested for, I really need assistance here. The consultant who I made the contract with is Sindisiwe Velem, she mention a penalty of R2000 which I forgot what is it for. Kindly assist you
