It's almost due month and still waiting for the contract to be canceled

Since I have layed a complain about the company that I want out of the contract that they put me in cause we didn't agree to it but I was forced as if it was compulsory to be in it on the 17th November this year they called that they investigatinv but I know it's gonna take forever and I'm no longer interested in the investigation I just want them to cancel the contract that's all it's fine with the money I was billed for for nothing and let me pay dstv at shops that I want and pay only R135, R100 for channels and R35 for insurance only cause what they have put in the the contract that I didn't agree to be in with in the first place I don't don't needs those and it's towards month end now I'm still waiting for something that might not happen I don't need that 18 month contract please cancel that I didn't agree or sign for it and it shows by any point I don't need it anymore Jesus 😔so disappointed in their service to forsing people to pay what they don't want
