Hi l.m extremely disappointed with dstv,they are charging me reconnection fee while l.m on debit order, l haven,t changed my details always have money in my account,my due date is on the 7th every month l haven't got email or contact with them,until l phoned the to day now they telling me to pay my dstv and they are changing me reconnection fees, since 2007 on dstv pay cash l haven't lapsed,until they introduced special that state l must be on depit order, l feel they ****ing me
