ITC listing and billing of my account
i requested for my credit report last month from the Transunion to my suprise i found that i owe DSTV R425, and i know i dont owe these people, i called asking them a month back to please remove me and update my status as this is not good for me since i work for a bank the agent said he will ascalate it, today monday morning 31/08/2015. i called for the same inquiry and the dfact that they failed to debit me again now my Dish has been suspended. i neesd to know why these ppl cannot go on my account and debit and why am i being listed. i will take this further with my lawyer but all i know is that their services are bad.
