HI <br> <br> My account number is ***3 why do you put me on ITC because if i dont pay you than i cant watch DSTV.<br> <br> So why do you put people on ITC because i cant watch dstv if i have not paid.<br> <br> So take me of ITC please because you care on as if i am getting services from you with out paying.<br>

We do apologies for the inconvenience you experienced in this regard .DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to inform MultiChoice that they will not be using the service for the upcoming month.
Should we not receive any communication from the subscriber; the subscriber will be responsible for any amount that accumulate on the account.
Thank you for taking the time to point out our service failings. As we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
Your support, and that of all our customers, is important to us.
