Issues unresolved and empty promises

<p>After a long struggle I eventually spoke to a Keith at the contact center. He seemed very helpful and understanding but failed to honour his promise to call me today at 17h00 as agreed upon . Still my issue is unresolved. Yet again Dstv fails me out of their own negligence. I will not rest until my account matters has been resolved.</p>
