issues of debt order

I called DSTV and changed my package to DSTV premium and was<br> assured that we don't owe dstv this was on Friday the 16th October. I was told that we are covered until end of the month.Today all the channels were closed without any notice from dstv. I called in and was told we owe them because the was a reverse stop order from the bank.I was told they did not know about it when I called on Friday. The consultant Mandisa was very helpful but I was not happy I asked to speak to the supervisor who was rude and told me I am wrong as customer to think the person who helped me was to tell me that dstv owes me because he didn't know we will owe dstv after 5 days of the reverse stop order. I really was not happy about it because they assured me that we don't owe anything but yet they closed the dstv. They reconnected the dstv and also charged me for a reconnection fee which would not have happened if they'd let us know before closing it, we would have been paid. The supervisor also told me we got a message from the bank about the reverse stop order but the was never a message.I am thinking of paying cash as of the following month.
