Is this ********** or what?

In 2018 I got bad credit from dstv after I went into a walk-in to get disconnected a week before I had to pay my account. In April 2020 I paid for my reconnection and my "bad debt" and dstv credits me and the balance I have to pay was R190.48 on 2020/05/01 when I logged in to pay my account the amount reflecting was R363.61 I called to query this and Alfred was so arrogant and rude and spoke over me when asked like all the other consultants they put u on mute and you never get to speak to a team leader. They just let your call hang till there's no music playing. I asked him not to put me on hold because I know they just let the call hang and he did anyway (like he didn't answer my questions or listens to me the client). I've been told the R190.48 doesn't even reflect on my account statement, luckily for me I took screenshots of my account and even going back you don't see that amount. I spoke to a consultant which saw this amount confirmed it and told me that's the amount I'm supposed to pay because of dstv crediting me back and the R190 is what I then owe for the month of May. Can someone get this sorted and find out what is happening why they change my date and amount to pay? Why is that amount not showing on my account? What's dstv and their finance department busy with?
