Is DSTV part of government?

Is Dstv SA government ? With the amount of promises not kept, they are the same! 27/2 I upgraded to a new decoder. Promptly received it 29/2 with a promised installation included 1 or 5 March. The following week the problem was "escalated" because no call or installion. The same the next week. On 19 March a third ESCALATION with a promise of 24 hours!! So, what now DSTV?? Are you too big that your cutomers don't matter? My R999 a month means nothing? To me it is a lot of money to be treated like this!!!
