Is DSTV just a VERY &^%$# expensive signal??

Customer Nr ********** 6. I am so GATVOL that I do not even have the strength to type this 'review'. We have been DSTV Premium customers from the time that their package cost R600 and something, so it has been for many years.I am a very busy person, who runs my own company,so I don't really have time for unnecessary runarounds. This year I have been to Multichoice's office, which is quite a distance from my home, 4 times (and being told 'I promise you it will work' every time I walk out of there), called them also about those many times if not more, and had an installer come out (which is always for the customer's expense).When calling them, it is running up and down my department's stairs from the primary decoder to the secondary, *****ing in and *****ing out the cables, talking over my cellphone on my airtime to a landline - which is not covered by free minutes mos. After having an installer out in January, we now had to replace a decoder because of lightning, and now AGAIN have to get an installer out, at our expense.This,after I have 'puppetly' drove to MC twice,troubleshooted, up and down the stairs, *****ed and un*****ed cables, and was asked whether it was the right cable in the right place (really????by now???). We ONLY have DSTV so that we can watch sport, but I am SO open for alternatives please!
