Irritated with A9 remote and the lack thereof!

Trying to locate an A9 stand alone remote control for the new Ultra Decoder. Firstly phoning your N1 City walk in centre is non existent, you get routed to Durban at a call centre. From experience Durban has no clue about anything really which is cape town specific. No contact numbers for Cape town is available that actually connects to cape town. I need this A9 remote, apparently it is not a stand alone yet? why isnt it? its been out since June of 2020 as an offer to your packages, surely there should be standalone remotes for sale.

Please help me understand this.
