Irritated by the price lock plan

Around last year november i deiced to subsribe to their price lock service, i was manipulated by their sales consultant about the billing procedure, i was told that if i were to activate my services during the month i was going to pay a prorata amount and the billing would be a watch and pay serivce and not pay first then watch serivice. When calling the call center im forever told by the consutants and team leaders that my query has been escallated to the price lock team for the recoding to be pulled. I have never had feedback what so ever and my query is still pending. i have to call their call centre almost twice a month each month as my services keeps getting disconnect but pay with no delay. i need this fixed ASAP
