Its almost a month since SANDILE MATHONSI promised to give me feedback, in the meantime they are happily taking of the premiums. Everytime i call the contact centre and ask for management they are in a meeting. are there no customer ethics practiced at this company!!!! with so many bad ratings and unhappy people can management not look into their customer service department???
