Irate first time customer

Please assist, I called to create an account as i have just got myself a new decoder, i then told the consultant that assisted me that i am just registering my account and not choosing a package as yet , the line got cut and i had asked the consultant to call me back, days later as i checked on the whatsapp ***) on the 1st of April i had no packages linked to my account, and on the 13th of April i was owing R703.68 , the whatapp social platform is not user friendly, i did not receive any confirmation of the package I need to choose and i have not used my decoder , This is really sad for a first time user, I have two references ***/i13 with Thabang Msane and ***-i18 with Andile , I want the premier package removed to DSTV access
