Irate customer

Hi, my wife mistakenly paid My DSTV account R15000.00. These people are refusing to repay the funds back to me even after submitting all the PROOF of payment, bank statements, id's.

I now have no choice but to engage my attorneys. Which I will be claim interest on a daily basis at bank overdraft rates and cost of my attorneys as well.
