*******ion and ****ming at Multichoice and the "system" is their scapegoat
They raised my package with my knowledge or consent on their payment system. Yet the programs on tv didn't change. So, they have been charging me double my premium for month and what I want an explanation they blame it on the "system" because they know the "system" won't defend itself. This is *******ion at its best. When I asked to speak to managers I was told they are all not available. I want my money and I'm considering taking the legal route.
